In order to meet accounting requirements, information on a user who made a purchase is stored for a period of five years. For e-learning customers who have not subscribed to a paid course, account data is deleted after 12 months. Data from customers who have used email forms to contact Lean Vision is not stored. Lean Vision does not share customer data with third parties and maintains data on secure servers.
Lean Vision allows a user to access a range of account information to view and update their personal data. If you would like to receive information about your stored data or delete it, please send an email to info@leanvision.com.
MAKING A PURCHASE
When buying a product on our website, you can make a payment by a direct bank transfer or via PayPal or Dotpay. For the latter payment category, financial information is entered directly on the transaction enabler website. Lean Vision does not have access to any confidential information, such as a credit card number.
