How is Lean Vision different:
- We customize implementation methodology to the unique environment of each company.
- We train internal trainers to enable a client to carry out improvement projects autonomously.
- We focus on measuring results and tracking implementation progress.
- We help clients using experts in given fields, each with minimum 15 years of experience and the ability to transfer knowledge and enthusiasm.
