COPYRIGHT
Total content of Lean Vision websites such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads are the property of Lean Vision and are protected by Polish and international copyright laws. Copying materials without the written consent of Lean Vision is prohibited.
E-LEARNING COURSES
E-learning courses consist of training materials in the form of slides and multiple choice quizzes. After purchase we provide access to training materials for a designated period of time. This access is usually blocked when you start work on a quiz.
After completing a course we will send you a certificate to the address provided during registration. If you’ve chosen a course with an electronic certificate, it will be available for downloading as soon as you complete a course. If you do not pass the test, you can retake a quiz an unlimited number of times for a fee.
If you do not like a course, you can withdraw from it and you will receive a refund. The condition for withdrawal is not starting on the quiz. After you begin to answer quiz questions, the sale is considered as final and a refund is not available. Payments can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. If you use our e-learning service you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities performed as part of your account. Lean Vision reserves the right to refuse to provide services and to terminate accounts.
BOOK SALES
Lean Vision Store sells self-published books, e-books and books published by other organizations. Books are shipped via priority mail within 48 hours from the date of payment. The cost of shipping is included in the price of a book, unless stated otherwise. Payments for books can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
If you do not like the order, simply return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. The condition of return is sending the item back in unused condition or deleting electronic files from the computer. Lean Vision covers the costs of return shipment.
