Quality is a priority

Only through the prism of Quality can the goals of every company be achieved: customer satisfaction and low production costs. A company that focuses only on meeting customer deadlines is typically unable to guarantee the highest quality and low costs. Similarly, a company that constantly tries to reduce costs will eventually cause poor product quality.

Thinking through quality is a long term strategy that may generate financial losses in the short term. However, this is the only strategy that will ensure continuity of reputation and financial success.

Poka-Yoke

People and machines make mistakes at all times. These errors may result in product defects.

Poka-Yoke prevents errors from being made or defects from entering the process. Examples of Poka-Yoke are present everywhere in our everyday life, e.g. a round sewer manhole prevents the flap from falling inside the manhole.
